Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification required where state law requires.
• Surgery experience and strong patient service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and create a welcoming experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, options, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain infection control standards and manage inventory of supplies.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements.
