Job summary

River Run Dental Spa in Midlothian, Virginia, is seeking a proactive Front Office specialist to support patient flow and administration. You will educate patients on treatment plans, schedule appointments, and verify insurance while maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of front desk experience in a dental setting, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with dental software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enter information into dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensure and review patient accounts for accuracy.
• Collect all monies due for services rendered.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as needed.
• Support marketing and promotions to drive new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
