Aviva Health is seeking a PSR II - Dental to support front desk operations and patient flow in Roseburg, OR. You will schedule visits, register patients, manage charts, and assist dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year clerical dental experience, and strong typing as well as interpersonal skills. This in-person role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year clerical experience in a dental care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Practice Management, Electronic Dental Records, dental terminology, and office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of collection procedures and laws preferred.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Enter patient packet data and scan documents; verify accuracy of paperwork.
• Register patients at appointment time and assist with documents.
• Screen new patients for eligibility and collect demographic information.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Calculate charges and record receipts in PM system.
• Explain treatment plans as needed.
• Answer telephone calls and make courtesy confirmation calls.
• Attend required meetings and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; interact with patients and staff respectfully.
