Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months’ related experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish oral and written skills preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel, and general computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support front desk operations: phones, scheduling, check-in/out.
• Complete patient registration and verify information.
• Coordinate appointments including same-day visits and labs.
• Assist with interpreter services as needed for patient communication.
• Manage faxes and scanned documents; assist with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
