• Handle front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and insurance communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on payments.
• Post patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Explain treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
