• Greet and welcome patients upon entry.

• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File and follow up on insurance claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and options with patients.
• Support providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
