Heartland Dental LLC in Celina, TX is looking for a Business Assistant to join our state-of-the-art dental office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Dentrix, familiar with dental insurance, and able to submit claims while maintaining PHI safeguards.

You will support front office operations, greet patients, manage phones and emails, schedule appointments, file claims, post payments, and help implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and data privacy awareness.
• 1+ year experience in dental/medical setting.
• 1+ year experience with dental insurance billing/accounts receivable.
• Dentrix or other dental software experience.

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and patient communications.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
