Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Access to minimum PHI; regular HIPAA training is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records; confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan fees and options.
