Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email communication with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule across providers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
