• Regular HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records, and schedule multiple providers.
• File insurance claims, follow up on claims, benefits verification, and coverage explanations.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees and options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office performance.
