Heartland Dental's Dental Care at Casey Key in Osprey, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Business Office Assistant to join our front office team. You’ll greet patients, manage phones, scheduling, insurance claims, and accounts receivable using Dentrix, while delivering friendly service and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental front office experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in/out.
• Answer phones, manage mail/email, and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Process insurance claims and collect payments; post payments to accounts receivable.
