Responsibilities

• Understand front office duties and support daily operations.

• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims, codes, and PA processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist greeter and insurance staff.
