• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims, verify benefits, and explain coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees.
