Smiles of Longview is hiring a Dental Patient Care Coordinator in Longview, WA. This full-time role offers $20–$28/hour and focuses on creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly.

You will guide patients through treatment plans and financial options from arrival to checkout. The position requires dental front office experience, familiarity with dental terminology, and proficiency with Open Dental or similar software.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience is required.
• Working knowledge of common dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/check out patients with a warm, professional approach.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care.
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients.
• Support daily front-office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming environment.
• Complete end-of-day administrative and office duties.
• Collaborate with the practice team to provide an excellent overall patient experience.
