You will support daily operations, check patients in/out, answer calls, and help schedule appointments while collaborating with the practice team to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience is required.
• Working knowledge of common dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Full-Time | $20–$28/hour

Smiles of Longview is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently.

As an Office Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey—from the moment patients walk through the door to helping them understand their treatment and financial options.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in/check out patients with a warm, professional approach

• Monday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$28/hour, based on experience
