Tots to Teens Dental Group in Texas is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients and families, manage front desk tasks, and ensure a smooth visit from check-in to departure.

You will explain treatment plans, present payment options, and support billing while maintaining a friendly, efficient office atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front office experience, knowledge of dental terminology, strong computer skills, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Basic computer proficiency (dental software, Word, Excel)
• Ability to make informed decisions with or without supervision

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements
• Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and assessment skills
• Supporting clear and positive communication between management and staff
• Coordinating patient scheduling to optimize daily workflow and staff productivity
• Ensuring daily tasks, office objectives, and production goals are met
