Qualifications

• Mon-Fri schedule; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front-office duties: answer phones, mail/email, and communications with patients and insurance companies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and explain coverage.
• Post patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
