Qualifications

• 6–12 months of dental front desk experience presenting treatment plans and financial estimates.
• Ability to verify copays and submit pre-authorization.
• Experience offering and arranging payment plans (e.g., Care Credit, Cherry).

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans and estimated copays and schedule next visits.
• Navigate dental insurance to provide accurate estimates.
