Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a dental office or front desk role.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with practice management software.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans and patient copays; explain estimates.
• Schedule follow-up visits and manage appointment flow.
• Navigate insurance estimates, benefits, and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Assist with payment plan arrangements to support patient care.
