Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answering phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule/confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and coverage explanations.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
