Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• HIPAA training and PHI handling familiarity expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and coordination with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records, and coordinate appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office performance.
