Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental receptionist experience is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A warm, professional demeanor with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• License & Certification: Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
• Verifying insurance and coordinating benefits
• Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
• Communicating clearly with patients and clinical staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area
