Smalltown Dental in Peoria, IL is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Business Team member to join our multi-office practice. You will manage front desk duties, handle scheduling, and assist patients with payments while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has dental front office experience, knowledge of dental terminology, and comfort with dental software. Dentrix Ascend is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and patient care focus.
• Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with dental software; Dentrix Ascend preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients regarding treatment needs in person, by phone, and by email.
• Follow office guidelines to achieve target goals.
• Provide high-level customer service to our patient base.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Collect payments and assist in financial conversations; print and maintain reports.
• Collaborate with team to reach established goals.
