Affinity Dental Management is seeking a Dental Receptionist to be the voice and calm at the front desk, supporting practices across NY, MA, CT, and VT. You will welcome patients, manage schedules, and handle payments while keeping the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dental front desk experience (2+ years is a plus).
• Typing accuracy around 40 WPM.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to pace with a positive attitude.
• Comfort with dental software like Dentrix / Denticon / Eagelsoft (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out smoothly.
• Own the phones: schedule, confirm, reschedule, and troubleshoot.
• Keep patient information accurate and moving quickly in the system.
• Explain next steps to patients and assist with case/treatment presentations when needed.
• Handle basic front desk financial tasks like credit transactions.
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and professional during busy periods.
