Mortenson-Dental-Partner is seeking a front desk professional to join our dental office team in the Georgetown area. The role focuses on professional phone communication, patient referrals, and managing financial transactions with accuracy and care.

You will verify insurance, communicate charges to patients, and help coordinate scheduling to maintain a profitable practice while supporting dentists and hygienists. A strong emphasis on teamwork and growth is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Answers the telephone in a timely and professional fashion.
• Help ensure efficient operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, using supplies cost-effectively, and posting patient charges accurately.
• Verifies all insurance and communicates with clinical staff and patients.
• Communicates financial obligations to patients and notes them for each procedure.
• Ensures all accounts are properly credited when payment is received.
• Follows scheduling guidelines to keep a manageable, profitable dentist/hygienist schedule.
• Participates in recall program to meet goals.
