My Harmony Smiles is seeking a professional Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to provide exceptional patient service, manage appointments, and coordinate implant-related communications. The role requires understanding dental insurance terminology and accurately obtaining and explaining coverage to patients and staff.

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating by phone and in person, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support a patient‑focused team in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental front desk/reception role preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high volume calls and scheduling.
• Ability to discuss implants and insurance terminology with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally and warmly.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and scheduling across the practice.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate benefits and patient portions.
• Coordinate implant-related communications and follow-up.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the PM system.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with payment collection when needed.
