Imagix Family Dentistry of Vinings in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, handle phones, schedule appointments, and assist with registrations and payments. You will collaborate with the Office Manager to deliver an excellent patient experience in a busy practice.

The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience required.
• Previous experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with patient payments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HMO/PPO dental insurance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and no-shows.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Monitor and respond to voicemail.
• Help patients understand their treatment and financial arrangements.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
• Work closely with the dental team and Office Manager to provide an excellent patient experience.
