Imagix Family Dentistry of Vinings in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, handle phones, schedule appointments, and assist with registrations and payments. You will collaborate with the Office Manager to deliver an excellent patient experience in a busy practice.

The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience required.
• Previous experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with patient payments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HMO/PPO dental insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments.
