Job summary

First Street Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a friendly Receptionist who helps patients enter the office, connects on the phone or in person, and greets guests in a professional, hospitable manner to deliver a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and create Patients for Life (PFL).

Responsibilities include supporting PPE, scheduling, front desk duties, posting payments, managing patient check-ins, confirming appointments, handling calls, and upholding the PDS Brand while complying with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support the PPE process by helping patients come into the office and stay comfortable during their visit.
• Schedule appointments to keep providers' day smooth and productive.
• Interact with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times.
• Answer telephones promptly and handle calls efficiently.
• Ensure front office tasks on the daily checklist are completed.
• Post payments to patient accounts per company policies.
• Be SME in practice management system for patient registration and check-in.
• Notify back office of patient arrivals and share pertinent information.
• Confirm all patient appointments at least 2 days in advance.
• Ensure patient messages from Contact Center are returned and resolved promptly.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Uphold PDS Brand and comply with policies and regulations.
