Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer service; acknowledge, greet patients upon arrival and dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns according to policies.
• Answering telephones.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining appointment book.
• Confirming appointments and following up on no-shows/cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts; check voicemail daily.
• Maintain a clean, friendly waiting area for patients.
