Wheatland Family Dental is seeking a Business Assistant to join our team. As part of Heartland Dental’s network, you’ll support the front office, greet patients, manage communication, scheduling with Dentrix, and help implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and insurance communications.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Post insurance payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
