Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and voice of the practice- answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules
• Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
• Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
• Participate in team huddles and training- because we're always learning and growing
• Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area
