Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/out, and keep a full schedule. You will verify benefits, discuss costs, and help patients choose payment options while booking their next visit.

The role is in-person at our Knightdale, NC practice. You will work with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and HIPAA compliance, delivering exceptional patient experiences daily.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of dental front office experience.
• Experience verifying dental insurance and explaining benefits.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and collecting payments.
• Experience scheduling and managing a provider schedule.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and codes.
• Denticon experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out accurately.
• Answer phones and convert calls to appointments.
• Maintain schedule and handle recalls/cancellations.
• Confirm upcoming appointments by phone/text.
• Present treatment plans and explain fees and options.
• Collect copays and post payments.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
• Coordinate with clinical team to avoid gaps.
