Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with dental software and HIPAA guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and greet patients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage dental appointments; handle cancellations and reschedules.
• Verify insurance eligibility; assist with claims, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and payments; apply to patient accounts.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and operations.
