The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a positive patient experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers for word processing and records management; familiarity with dental software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-of-house concierge, greeting patients with empathy.
• Handle calls and front desk duties with excellent phone skills.
• Book and manage a live, evolving schedule to maximize daily appointments.
• Verify patient insurance options and collect co-payments.
• Consult with patients on treatment plans and coordinate payments.
