We value hospitality-inspired service, 3+ years in dental front desk, and flexibility to work up to 6 days a week. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is welcomed, with competitive compensation and growth opportunities within our privately owned practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a dental front desk position.
• Flexibility: office open 6 days a week, including some evenings/holidays.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about treatment plans and fees after doctor review.
• Explain insurance benefits and calculate patient financial responsibility with insurance pre-determinations.
• Work with financing options to present payment plans to patients.
• Schedule future appointments and manage check-out processes to support care delivery.
• Assist with emails, live chats, and phone calls to respond to inquiries.
