Heartland Dental in Wisconsin is seeking a Business Assistant to join ForwardDental - Hales North. You’ll support front office functions, greet patients, handle phones and emails, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and scheduling.
• Schedule/confirm appointments for multiple providers using Dentrix.
• File insurance claims and follow up on benefits and coverage.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; discuss payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
