The role emphasizes patient experience, insurance pre-authorizations, and adherence to company policies while traveling between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from patients to start recommended dentistry.
• Explain treatment options and educate patients on choices.
• Overcome common objections and maintain a PPE (Perfect Patient Experience).
• Assist patients in selecting affordable financial options and insurance pre-approvals.
• Support clinicians to keep schedules productive and maintain office workflow.
• Demonstrate knowledge of PDS system and tools and protect patient confidentiality.
