Job summary

You will educate patients on options, handle objections, and keep schedules productive while maintaining PPE standards.

Responsibilities include mastering the PDS system, assisting with insurance pre-authorizations, and participating in daily huddles and team meetings. Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing for their patient.
• Explain available financial options to support case acceptance and educate patients on treatment choices.
• Overcome common patient objections and support a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to completing treatment.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and supports team meetings and daily huddles.
• Demonstrate scheduling productivity and partner with clinicians on every exam patient.
