Brasseler USA is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on driving gross profit and increasing market share across key customer segments, including dental offices and labs.

You will present and sell Brasseler products, perform needs analyses, and build lasting customer relationships through proactive service and support. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve gross profit targets for the territory through sales success.
• Present, promote and sell products using value proposition to customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing/potential customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
• Utilize CRM to manage the sales funnel and pipelines.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to maximize satisfaction and hit targets.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, and market opportunities.
