Job summary

Brasseler USA, a world-class provider of dental and medical instrumentation, seeks a District Sales Manager to drive sales and gross profit across the assigned territory. You will deliver Brasseler’s value proposition to dental offices, labs, schools, and government facilities while building market share and strengthening the Brasseler brand.

The role requires at least two years of B2B sales, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a CRM-driven sales funnel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of CRM, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Achieve gross profit target and sales for territory.
• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to meet customer needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships.
• Manage sales funnel using CRM.
• Reach out to leads through cold calling.
• Coordinate with team and other departments.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
