Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve gross profit target for the territory through sales performance.
• Present, promote and sell Brasseler products to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses for customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Use CRM to manage the sales funnel and customer data.
• Reach out to leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems to maximize satisfaction and hit sales targets.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
