Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and service to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Carry and maintain tools of the trade; perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Work independently to complete on-site tasks and test outcomes; follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports; ensure work orders are closed and billed.
• Attend required training including manufacturer technical training and Henry Schein curricula.
