Job summary

The ideal candidate has Colorado dental licensure, a D.D.S./D.M.D., a DEA license, at least five years of post-graduate experience, and experience supervising a team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice dentistry in Colorado.
• D.D.S. or D.M.D., and in good standing with dental board/associations.
• Federal DEA license.
• At least five years of post-graduate dental experience.
• Two to five years administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical and administrative leader for the oral health program.
• Provide clinical oversight of dental services across primary, secondary and preventive care.
• Ensure mission and goals are realized through professional, effective delivery of oral health services.
• Role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative.
• Lead and direct quality improvement initiatives for the dental program.
• Oversee budget and fiscal management for the dental department.
