Job summary

Tepeyac Community Health Center seeks a Senior Leader to serve as the clinical and administrative head of the oral health program in Denver. You will provide clinical oversight for all dental services—primary, secondary, and preventive—and drive quality and efficiency across the department.

The role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, with a salary range of $187,967 to $208,000 per year. Colorado license, DDS/DMD, and DEA certification are required, along with 5+ years in dentistry and 2–5

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice dentistry in Colorado.
• D.D.S. or D.M.D. and good standing with dental boards.
• Federal DEA license.
• 5+ years post-graduate dental experience.
• 2–5 years administrative/supervisory experience in community-based dental/oral health preferred.
• Bilingual and/or Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Advanced degree in business/public health/healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight and direction to all dental services, including primary, secondary and preventive care.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, culturally competent dental care that meets professional standards.
• Oversee budget, staff, and operations of the dental program.
• Improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize patient care, workflow, and financial performance.
