Job summary

The role requires DDS or DMD with WA licensure and at least five years of clinical and five years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD; licensed Dentist in the State of Washington.
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting.
• Minimum five (5) years of management, leadership, or clinical program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical leader for Neighborcare Health’s Dental Program across sites, ensuring safe, timely, high-quality, whole-person care.
• Represent Neighborcare Health in meetings with external partners, community stakeholders, and forums.
• Oversee Site Dental Directors, including hiring, onboarding, and professional growth.
• Oversee a dental locum provider program to meet clinic and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Services and Behavioral Health to provide integrated care.
