Health Partners of Western Ohio seeks a Dental Director to lead a team delivering primary and preventive dental care in community health centers. You will supervise dental staff, provide clinical leadership, and advise the CEO on dental strategy and program development.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the COO and center directors to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD graduate from accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency preferred.
• CPR-BLS required
• Knowledge of public health principles
• Minimum five years clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead dental team in examinations and treatment per approved protocols.
• Document patient-dentist transactions accurately in dental records.
• Educate staff on oral health prevention and wellness.
• Develop and implement Dental Department policies and procedures.
• Prepare and manage department budgets and grant-related plans.
