Kheir Clinic in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Dental Director to lead the dental services, policy development, and strategic operations across locations. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires California licensure, DDS/DMD, and strong management experience, with proficiency in Dentrix, EDR, and MS Office. Bilingual English/Korean or English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• Valid California dental license and eligible to practice dentistry in CA.
• 5–7 years experience in General Dentistry.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Korean or English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction of dental services and develop protocols and procedures.
• Design and implement dental department policies compliant with professional standards.
• Review the dental policy manual annually.
• Supervise dental staff across multiple locations and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with Credentialing to maintain staff credentials and certifications.
• Manage dentist schedules to meet patient needs and org goals.
• Foster team-based care and patient safety in the clinic.
