Wheatland Sleep is seeking a Dental Clinical Coordinator in Naperville, IL to coordinate patient care, schedules, and communication among dentists, hygienists, and admin staff. This role supports efficient, patient-centered clinical operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a dental clinical environment with coordination/administrative duties.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, clinical procedures, and infection control standards.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and dental practice management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily clinical operations including scheduling and treatment planning.
• Serve as liaison between dentists, hygienists, assistants, and admin staff.
• Monitor infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new clinical staff.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement projects.
