  • Monitor compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the dental clinic.
  • Manage patient records and clinical documentation accurately, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new clinical staff, and support ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Facilitate patient education by providing information on treatment plans, oral hygiene practices, and follow-up care instructions.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Dental Clinical Coordinator

Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly

This position is responsible for coordinating patient care activities, managing clinical schedules, and facilitating communication between dental professionals, patients, and administrative staff. The coordinator ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and dental practice standards while optimizing clinical workflows to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes. By overseeing clinical documentation and assisting in quality improvement initiatives, the role supports both clinical staff and organizational goals. Ultimately, the Dental Clinical Coordinator contributes to creating an efficient, patient-centered environment that promotes oral health and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Coronal Polish and Nitrous Certified.
